The Art of Till Nowak

Till Nowak is an award winning digital artist, designer and filmmaker, based in Los Angeles. He works as a professional digital artist since 1999, moved to Los Angeles in 2015 and is a member of the ADG / local 800.

Till’s work has been exhibited in hundreds of international film festivals, featured in books and at SIGGRAPH 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 and was awarded with more than 70 awards, for example in Annecy, at Anima Mundi or at the AFI Fest Hollywood. His film work includes concept art for “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2”, “Thor 3: Ragnarok”, “Black Panther”, “Midnight Special” and more. Besides his studio work Till has given lectures about his workflows in international events, such as Gnomon Schoool of Visual Effects in Hollywood, and worked as jury member in numerous film festivals, for example at the SIGGRAPH Animation festival 2016 and 2017.
