Based on Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary, Wade Wilson (played by Ryan Reynolds). His world come crashing down when evil scientist Ajax tortures, disfigures and transforms him into Deadpool, leaving him with accelerated healing powers and a bit of a smart-ass attitude. He now uses these new skills to hunt down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
Luma teamed up with Fox and got in on the fun, delivering nearly 200 shots including the scrapyard fight sequence, enhancing the action with dig-doubles, gore, weapon replacements, muzzle flashes and ordnance simulations.
